Purpose: To inform my audience the existing types of leadership and give and example of a great American

Introduction
Nowadays we all have to think about the future and to create a better future we have to be some kind of a leader. Knowing our leader skills will help us to reinvent ourselves.

There are many reason why tax deed auctions are a great opportunity today. a. You are able to get properties in a tax deed for ten cent on the dollar. b. By buying properties at the tax deed auction you are helping out the government. II. The best part of doing tax deed auctions in Florida is, most of the reach is free and can be done from home. a. [A lot of people mistake tax deed auctions with foreclosures, granted you ae able to get properties for less than what they are worth. However when it comes to foreclosures you can end up paying on the average in the hundreds of thousands.]

I. You are able to get properties in a tax deed for ten cent on the dollar. a. The reason you are able to actually buy properties at 10 cent on the dollar is because, Florida is one of the few states that sell properties for the taxes owed on them to the government. b. On July 14 of this year a $335,999.00 valued house in Fort Lauderdale was sold for $47,400. c. A condo in South Beach valued $450,000 was sold for $13,000 back in February of this year.
[Yes it is true one of the reasons that you are able to get this properties at this prices is due to the foreclosure crisis that we are and have been facing in this country and the fact that a lot of people are still upside down on their homes. However one thing will never change people will always need a place to live.] II. As Robert Klyosaki, writer of such book like Rich Dad Poor Dad, said – “Real estate investing, even on a very small scale, remains a tried and true means of building an individual’s cash flow and wealth a. No matter how the economy may seem today, as our country becomes stable again and starts to grow, our housing market will grow with it as well. b. As Shark Tank’s Real Estate Mogul, Barbara Corcoran said in an AOL interview – “A funny thing happens in real estate. When it comes back, it comes back up like gangbusters.”
[The great thing that make tax deeds auctions so great is that not only building your personal wealth but your giving back, to you country.] III. By buying properties at the tax deed auction you are helping out the government. a. When a person don’t pay their property taxed for 3 months in Florida, the certificate is sold, then three years later it put on the auction block. b. During the time between of the original bill to when the property is sold the government don’t receive money for that property.
[Helping the government and being able to have a clear conscious about tax deeds is great but not the best part.]
