2. Talk me through a time when you experienced great customer service? Why does this stand out to you?]
I have experienced great customer service when I became a retail volunteer in a charity shop near my house. I met new people and had fun talking to them whilst supporting the work and fundraising of North Hospice Charity Shop. It brought fulfilment, enjoyment, and development to me and I became more confident in myself. It gave me a sense of well-being – as I felt as though I was giving back to the people.

The health and safety in the workplace is making all reasonable efforts to ensure that each employee goes home from work each day as healthy and physically fit as when he or she arrived in the morning. It means taking care to follow procedures, reporting any concerns to the head, and looking out for anything dangerous such as a trip hazard.
