I always have a knife on me, except for when i'm in school. It protects and attacks when needed. I’ve never had to use it for anything but to cut something. The stress i carry isn't normal. Everything in life stresses me out. My extreme OCD makes everything worse. I always see and hear things that no one else does. I feel like i'm going crazy, but act like everything is normal. The cold steel knife i carry means alot to me. I always expect the worse so if something happens im ready. This relates to the crazy things that go through my head. I don't feel comfortable with someone walking behind me, so i always have my hand in my pocket holding my knife. This doesnt mean im going to use it, holding the knife just makes me feel comfortable. Everyone experiences stress throughout their life. I become stressed and anxious over a noise or something so simple like the position my pencil on the desk. Like i mentioned before, my OCD makes everything worse. My hands shake, my palms sweat, my breathing speeds up, and i can feel little needles stabbing my back. Is anything worth it? What if everything ends right now? Is this even real? These are some of the things i think about 24/7. Yes, 24/7. Even in my dreams im stressed out, thinking about death and all sorts of crazy things. I've been the same ever since i was a little kid. I've always talked in my sleep. My parents have told me that even when im sleep talking i sound stressed or nervous. They have heard me crying and hitting the wall while im sleep talking. This really made me think about my situation with stress. I've been in situations where im lying down and everything comes falling down on me all at once.
