The argument would be filing a complaint, which some police officers give such a hard time on citizens by refusing to supply them the form. The CBS4 News has evidence on the type of behavior police officers demonstrate when a citizen simply requests for a complaint form. A citizen has every right to request a complaint form. Although there are some, police departments that do not offer that option. Some officers in certain stations fight verbally and in some cases get a bit physical by restraining citizens. There is just simply too much drama to go through just for a complaint. The policies and procedures almost mean nothing to most of the Miami Police departments.
