A privilege an unearned advantage that some people have at some point in their life. Nevertheless, some people are more fortunate and can benefit from it more, especially men and whites. Activist and former associate director of the Wellesley centers for women, Peggy McIntosh, in the article “White Privilege: Unpacking the invisible Knapsack,” published in 1988 in a point where feminist movements where growing she disputes about how there is un-recognized white privilege and those who aid from it should endorse it.
