Graceling by Kristin Cashore was what I would call a five star book. Cashore gives certain characters graces (power), rising the intensity to a whole new level. The main character is Katsa, graced with killing, who is stuck as a murderer for King Randa. She does have side interests, though; her secret council. With this council, Katsa save innocent people from their kings. When she save a Lienid royal, Katsa is lead to Prince Greening, or Po. She goes with him to uncover the secrets of the Lienid royal’s capture, discovering true love and a false king. One of the many reasons why Graceling was so appealing was that Cashore describing every little thing with enormous detail. Her words are the opposite of simple and leave the reader wanting
