When you hear sugar, you go “MMMMMMMMMMMM!”.
However, sugar can do serious damage to your body. In this paragraph, I am trying to convince you that there should be less added sugar in your diet. Added sugar means sugar that is added to your food to make it taste better. An example is white sugar that you put in your applesauce to make it sweeter. Sugar that is in the apples by nature is called natural sugar. This is great to eat! Less added sugar in your diet is good for your health, teeth and can even improve your beauty.
