Team deliverable. Week 2 (this is not in format just something to get us started and I will put it into the correct format after everyone has added to it!)

In week two we have all agreed on our two topics of FDA and prescription drugs. The two together will allow us to fully research and gain knowledge to complete our final for week five. Our goals are to work together to complete each week’s assignments and pull together a completed and well put together final for week five. It seems that things are going on time for the team and everyone is on the same page with what is going on and what is expected of each person. If we can keep these things going like what we have done in week 2 we will have no problem completing the rest of the assignments without any problems. There has been proper communication with everyone and so far no problems to report.
This week we have all communicated in a very great timely manner, especially considering that we had some team members with long work shifts. We have decided to pick a different team leader for each week and we still have a few weeks without a team leader but we will get that figured out before the time comes. Overall, this week has been a great success towards out final project due during week 5.
Our goal is to continue to communicate effectively and to collaborate on every aspect of the assignments. That is each member will continue to be a part of the planning, implementing and completion of final projects. Our goal is to inspire each other to utilize each team member’s strength to accomplish our assignments in excellence.
We are right on schedule with our learning team assignment, and we have all been able to communicate effectively. We will continue to strive for the goals we set and work as a team if any problems arise.

In week two we chose the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as our government agency and their role in prescription drugs as the service category. One of our goals is to work together to complete each week’s assignments and create a complete and well put together final presentation for week five. Another goal of the team is to continue to communicate effectively in order to collaborate on every aspect of our assignments. That means that each team member will continue to be a part of the planning, implementing, and completion of all projects and assignments. We also have a goal to inspire each other to utilize each team member’s strengths to accomplish our assignments as a cohesive team and ultimately produce excellent results. If we stick to these goals we should be able to remain on schedule and complete our team assignments as needed.
With these goals set, we hope to continue to strive to work as a team to hopefully accomplish great work and overcome any problems that may arise. To help us accomplish some of these goals we have decided to pick a different team leader for each week. This leader will not only be responsible to turn in our team assignments but will also help to keep us focused and on track during their particular week of service. Currently we still have a few weeks without a team leader but we are confident that we will get that figured out before the time comes. So far we have all been able to stick to these goals and properly communicate with each other. Because of this our team has run smoothly and there have been no problems to report.

There will be a barista bar, espresso machine, as well as a small area for cooking (making breakfast sandwiches for example) and an area for refrigeration dairy products. Background: People start their day with a cup before catching the train or bus to work. It gets them going. The brick and mortar coffee shops tend to be huddled in shopping areas, and people have to make a decent effort to stop there before they head into work. I believe implementing a mobile coffee truck in key areas such as in pathways that people take to head to the train or bus station and outside professional business areas will be profitable and effective. It will also provide a sense of relief and convenience for customers. Deliverables: I will take a food truck and convert it into a mobile coffee shop. There will be a barista bar, espresso machine, as well as a small area for cooking (making breakfast sandwiches for example) and an area for refrigeration dairy products. I’ve searched online for food trucks and have come to an average price of $30,000. Including the other essentials listed above I estimate the project will cost $60,000 to launch. To...

That is why Tony chips should also have a website where it can be able to advertize its business and reach many customers. This paper will cover the steps and requirements on how Tony chips will transfer web hosting from an external source to internal as well as how to make their website redundant. In the efforts to build that redundant and scalable website, the key principles of availability, performance, reliability, scalability, manageability and cost require much attention (Matsudaira, 2012). Also, the SDLC must be duly followed as it is the requirement of any system. These are systems planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and lastly system support/security (Shelly & Rosenblatt, 2012). System Planning In this phase, the familiarization of the processes involved and objectives of the business must be well highlighted. A formal business plan needs to be in place to show which operations the company will undertake. There is a need to know all participants in the whole migration process and the time when they will you require then in the migration process. As the one of the requirements is that the website needs to be hosting should be internal, it means that a server there is a server requirement. Besides that...

In the early days, only the rich and keen early adopters were able to own mobile phones, which were large in size, required a substantial source of power to operate and were limited in functionality and quite restrictive in terms of mobility. Today, over 5.6 billion subscribed devices are in active use, which represent approximately 80% of the world population and are rising.
