This paper is going to cover some of the Constitution, and how the OSHA was created. In addition, the history of how the Circuit courts were formed. In addition, How the Government runs and how it was intended to operate. The First page is about how the Government works and how it was intended to work. It too should be a valuable secondary resource as it traces the evolution of the U.S. Constitution from the British constitution. The historical background material should be very useful in setting the stage for future discussion of the British constitution. All of the goals are specified as equally simple pursue, the agencies go towards the ones that are simpler to put in. “OSHA was commissioned by the labor companies, which hazards are present at workplace that are going to be the bigger problem over safety.”

All bills involved in the appropriation of federal money, originates in congress, it comes from the House of Representatives. However, for many years the practice was always the opposite of the intended plan. The Presidents have collected budget request and estimates from all the different departments and agencies of the executive branch, and assembles them and submits the proposal to Congress. Then it is sent back to the president to sign.
A way to enhance the strength and correct the weakness of the U.S. Constitution would be to follow what the original plan of the Constitution and have Congress originate the budget plan and submit it to the president for approval. American government by Levin-Waldman (2012) is also a respected textbook used by Ashford University. It too should be a valuable secondary resource as it traces the evolution of the U.S. Constitution from the British constitution. The historical background material
