Did your personality spectrum profile surprise you? Why or why not?
After seeing the results of the personality spectrum I was not surprised at all it said I was organized which in fact I am very organized, you see I am very organized especially with work and school. However, I am organized but I just don’t organize my time very well I have learned that during this 9 weeks. Which means I need to work on a great deal not sure how to achieve that Being organized helps me keep my school thing all in the right place. The next high score was the giver which explains why I am such a giving person.
How can you alter your study techniques to take advantage of your particular abilities and skills as determined by the personality spectrum?
I have plans to stay organized and perhaps get even more organized. By staying organized it will help me to stay organized with my work and school. I have started making charts and checklists to keep myself ahead in my school work and at least a week ahead with work. I think my doing this it will help me to eliminate stress and make sure I complete my school work completely. I have all so decided I will start to organize my time much better for when I do not stay structured I notice that I make careless mistakes and forget to complete some or part of my assignments at school or at work.
How can knowing your skills and abilities indicated on the personality spectrum help you adapt your study habits?

Knowing that I am an individual that can get more accomplished by being organized will help me to know going into either an assignment for school or work that I need to set some type of structure right away. However, I do need to manage my time much better than I have in the past. Once I have organized what it is that I need to accomplish I feel like I will have better success in completing it. Being a giver is also a good personality trait to have especially when it comes to dealing with people. Being honest is another key element when it comes to school.

How would you approach collaborative work in the future given what you now understand about your skills and abilities from the personality spectrum? I am not sure I am answering this question correctly or not. I’m not even sure I answered the other questions correctly either, The approach I would use would be to keep everything organized have many notes and checklists and really learn to keep my time organized so everything will be done in a timely manner sometimes I would like to turn things in early. Again I would say I will make checklists of things that needed to be done and place everything on a calendar with due dates so thing will be done and turned in a day before its due this will be a very hard to achieve. It also told me I was a giver I give a lot of my time to everyone that I know is why I don’t have time for myself or school work but I will just have to make the time in the future.
