...rapidly making its way around social media to help shine light in the dark shadow that is sexual assault and harassment among women who are scared to come forth about it. This courageous woman is trying to create an organization where girls-especially of colour-can come forward and will no longer feel silenced by their abuse. Ten years ago, Tarana Burke started this movement because she was working with some girls in the southern United States talking about their sexual violence experience. In an interview with the Houston Chronicle, Tarana Burke made the following statement about why this is important to her "I couldn't find resources to support them. I couldn't find ways to help them process. I couldn't find agencies that were doing the work1". Originally the movement was meant for middle and high school girls because there wasn't anything that existed for girls where they had someone to reassure them that they're aren't crazy and that it’s not their fault. Me-Too is such a powerful movement because the phrase simple and to the point yet it can tell everyone the story of a survivor. This isn’t just for the victims it’s for the also for the people who want to stand up against sexual violence. This phrase has become so popular because the victims are coming out of the shadows and shining a vivid light on how serious this matter is, so if someone is sharing their story, the Me-Too movement will create an immediate connection not only between two victims but also among everyone else...

Radu Zatreanu HS Web Design 10 B 02/13/12 We can't imagine our lives without it anymore, by having one using it from hour to hour on a daily basis. Multi-purpose as it had accustomed us, right from the beginning, the "Internet" has pushed well-established limits forward, in terms of jobs, socializing, financing, information or entertainment. Its full potential is not used, yet it will be discovered in future, it is predictable. However, there are numerous limitations reported to using such technology, as it creates dependancy. Deaths have been found out of children or teenagers spending 24 hrs. or more on the internet. Another serious problem would be the inverse effect of virtual socializing. Instead of having people talking to each other, you get messengers in form of (computer and internet), speaking for yourself. This affects not only the youth but also adults as it tends to change their moods/emotions...

...Individual Assignment The two software development methodologies that I have selected for this assignment are the Waterfall Model (as chosen by you) and the Spiral model (chosen by me). These two methods often cause confusion amongst software developers as they are unable to decide which of the two is better for the software they are developing. The first software model to be used was the waterfall. The spiral, that came later, is one of the most popular models in the field of software development. I will go further into each of the above mentioned two models after I describe the four laws given in the prescribed text. I will start with the Glass Law (dubbed law 1). If I was to describe the Glass law, I would say in a nutshell, requirements are the foundation of any project, and incomplete or misinterpreted or misjudged requirements are the key to failure. What I mean by the above is that when the requirements are not clarified, incomplete, unstable or far too many to cope with, the project will face a high chance of failure. A real world example, which added approximately $560M USD to the cost of the airport and became a modern era example of Glass law, was originally planned to automate the handling of baggage through the entire airport, but due to underestimation of complexity, changes in requirements, underestimation of schedule and budget and other causes was a drastic failure. Moving to Boehm’s laws, the first and second law complement each...

Millions of poor women and men are employed in this industry. However, a supporting import quota system in the USA was stopped in 2005 which has left the RMG sector struggling against new challenges that need to be properly addressed. As the end consumers of the apparel fashion market are becoming increasingly time-sensitive, a decrease in lead time, besides quality and cost criteria, is needed to win more orders from buyers. We have examined the opportunity that lies in an integrated supply chain six sigma to provide a competitive advantage to the Bangladesh RMG sector. A system dynamics approach has been used to identify the dominant variables of supply chain performance (such as enablers, performance or results, and inhibitors) in the...
