Starting out High-Tec Moments had about two million dollars in stock to invest on the company. This large amount of money was put to good use, as was proven by our quarter revenue which turned out to be 3,250,000. In the first quarter out company decided to be highly invested in the workhorse market. Our one and only goal was to take over the market and take a hold of the leadership position in that specific market. In order to take over a brand new market we knew that not many people would know who we are, or what we even sell. By knowing this, as a team we decided to develop the best brand of technology for the workhorse segment available. This allowed us to save more money for opening up offices in Chicago and Shanghai, which would help …show more content…
Four of those six were specialized in workhorse, and we hired one technical support for each of those areas as well, leaving one sales person in each city with un-specialized training. Unfortunately when it came down to the sales force compensation part of our business we fell flat. In quarter three we found out that our workers were only at a 67.9% of productivity. We were shocked at first because not only did we give them full health coverage, but we also increased their pay by 1,000. We knew that if we were going to do this we would have to create the best computer possible for traveler. This way when coming into a brand new market we don’t have to spend much time fighting for market share when we already have the best product on the market. When we started setting the price and priority we set our workhorse technology above the brand new traveler computer due to the fact that workhorse was are main market focus anyway, and we didn’t want to lose sight of that.
