I am writing in regards to the Young Potentials Programme Production position located in Helsingborg and Älmhult Sweden. As a possible candidate, I believe my solid technical acumen, strengths in communication and strong problem solving abilities may be beneficial to the position’s mission, and to IKEA’s overall company goals.
In my current position, I am a Service Event Management Exceptions Desk Specialist, which serves as a primary point – of - contact for clients and technicians. In this role, my duties range from resolving simple issues, to providing more complex technical support. Moreover, I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations and maintenance for various desktop operations, hardware, and software. I am also well versed in explaining complicated technical jargon in a manner in which end-users can easily comprehend.
In essence, I have a strong passion for all things tech, and I believe this opportunity will allow me to utilize my hands on training to benefit IKEA’s Information Technology department. Similarly to one of IKEA’s principles of aiming “to help more people live a better life at home,” I strive to deliver exceptional customer support to the clients that we service. Furthermore, my desire and unwavering commitment to helping others, I believe also aligns with the company’s philanthropic mission around the world.
