Subject: Meeting to discuss Arugula’s store integration

Dear Arugula’s executive team and Evergreen executive team:
On behalf of CEO of evergreen Kathleen Norton, I would like to congratulate everyone for this successful acquisition and welcome you into our company. I am looking forward to another great year and the bright future for Evergreen.
Our CEO Norton would like to invite executives from Arugula and Evergreen to a meeting to discuss about the details of new stores integration. On checking of her schedule, our CEO Norton would like to know everyone’s availability on April 12th and April 13th . Please note that this is not a mandatory meeting, however, it would be really beneficial to attend this meeting since we will go through various topics on how to start the integration of the stores.
