Sweat dripped down my face as I frantically started listing the items. A vacuum, a lamp, and a bookcase. I imagined the life of wealth I would be living soon. No need for struggle, that’s the American dream right? Unfortunately for me, I learned quite a lesson that day - money comes to those that work for it. And I am still nowhere near that American dream, but I will stay hustling for that cash. How can a handsome lad such as myself do such a thing? Simple, selling items on eBay! But here’s the problem, I really did not have that much time with all the classes that I was taking and as a result I was not able to process all the orders I had received. Talk about irresponsibility. As a result, my store was ranked below standard, and there began my uphill struggle. I slowly started listing items onto my store that gave me a loss, and that was the key to success as my idol, DJ Khaled would say. My store started gaining enormous traction, and just before I was able to purchase that new yacht I had my eye on, I encountered another issue - one of the stores that I processed orders through started glitching on me and cancelling orders! Words could not describe how stressed I was that day - 200 orders and no way to process them? It was a nightmare - needless to say, I slept with a nightlight on and the largest stuffed animal known to man, at my side. I really needed something cozy to melt into. Luckily, within a few days, I was able to process orders again, but the problem recurred two more times! Each time, it was a PR nightmare, Each time, my response got swifter. Each time, I got great at talking to customer service reps. Each time, I learned to cope with an exorbitant amount of stress. But this never slowed me
