How can team leadership be instrumental in ensuring a successful project

team leadership motivates the members in team and give good advises for the successful of project

For project management we are starting a coffee shop business and I have to have at least one paragraph on: How can team dynamics and performance be pivotal in producing deliverables and meeting customers' expectations?

As u are starting a new business mean entrepreneurship , so following are some points that u should kept in ur mind while starting this business.
For a new businessman You must have four things and then u can start, otherwise if u do not have these things then u fail in the business.
1)passion
2)executing abilities
3)product/service
4)Retention

One of the basic concepts taught in almost every introductory marketing course is The Four P's: Price, Product, Promotion and Place. "Place" refers generally to distribution, i.e., where your customer evaluates and ultimately receives your product or service. While this may not matter much for people who work virtually, or who run a business that drop-ships from a third party, it's critical for restaurants, retailers, and even many service businesses. Ironically, while "place" is often the most permanent of the four P's, it's also often the most overlooked.
Location is about more than just choosing a building. Perhaps for you, opening your business in your own town, or even your part of town, is a given. But consider the big picture.

Running a business isn’t easy at all. For many people, running a business is synonymous with being rich overnight. While for others, it is seen as a way to get out of the typical 9-5 grind. While it is true that you can get rich from owning and running your own business, the likelihood of you getting rich overnight is really slim as you may have to work very hard to ensure that your business
