Kehkha Department of Agricultural Economics Engineering, University of Zabol, Zabol, Iran Abstract: Some activities of project are critical in the sense that delay in their commencement will delay the overall project completion time. Therefore, management and scheduling of projects is inevitable. In this paper, project scheduling in agriculture, for establishing 300 hectares grape garden in Agricultural Research Center of University of Zabol, is carried out by CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) methods. Results show that the minimum completion time of this project, based on using Normal time and PERT method is 390 days and 364.67 days, respectively. Also the results obtained from employing CPM method indicate that the cost of reducing the project completion time to 365 days is 23643530 Rials. ...Smartphone Security Survey of U.S. consumers Sponsored by AVG Technologies Independently conducted by Ponemon Institute LLC Publication Date: March 2011 Ponemon Institute© Research Report Smartphone Security Survey of U.S. Consumers Ponemon Institute, March 2011 Part 1. Introduction Ponemon Institute is pleased to present the findings of the Smartphone Security Survey: A Study of U.S. Consumers sponsored by AVG Technologies. The goal of the research is to determine consumers’ perceptions about the potential privacy and security risks when using their smartphones. In addition, we wanted to learn if participants in our study care about these risks and if they take security precautions. We surveyed 734 consumers who are 18 years and older and own a smartphone. The risks that we address in our survey concern location tracking, transmission of confidential payment without the user’s knowledge or consent, diallerware (specialized malware unique to smartphones), spyware, viruses from insecure WiFi networks and others. What we learned is that most of the consumers in our study are using their smartphones without understanding that they are exposing their sensitive information to the risks listed above. We also believe the findings of this study signal a potential security risk for organizations because so many consumers surveyed use their smartphones for both business and personal use. With business confidential information stored on these smartphones, organizations should...

...Definitions and illustrations of the concepts of Pareo and Nash equilibria. PARETO OPTIMUM/EQUILIBIRUM/EFFICIENT The idea of pareto optimum runs through all aspects of economics, for example, comparing different tax rules, and not just in game theory. It gained currency as a test to be applied in selecting economic policy as a result of a contradiction in the theory of the market deriving from the philosophy of utilitarianism. Utilitarianism could be construed as a justification for the oppression of the individual in the name of the greater good of society. This approach sits uncomfortably with the libertarian ideals of market economics, which put the individual above church and the (feudal) state, and by implication above the monarch in direct challenge to feudal rule. (see, eg, http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&source=hp&biw=1126&bih=425&q=Shanti+Chakravarty+neoliberal&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=Shanti+Chakravarty+neoliberal&fp=45f26fda8f9185dd). To get around the difficulty posed by classical utilitarianism, market efficiency theorems came to rely on the idea of ordinal utility which does not allow for inter-personal comparison of utility. The paretian criterion explicitly rejects inter-personal comparison in arriving at economic policy. The paretian criterion is focused entirely on the individual. A pareto optimum is a state of affairs whereby NO ONE, no individual, can be made better off without making someone worse off. Since no one is above anyone in the...
