YUVENTAS- 2012 (Script) 1) WELCOMING LINES Ashish; On 1ST of December , a small but an ebullient batch of students entered the hallowed land of National University Of Study and Research In Law , Ranchi. Future ahead was full of suspense , but hope was always at its brim. Not even a mere semester old , students moved by their spirit and exuberance organized the 1ST cultural event and named it the “YUVENTAS”. Today “YUVENTAS” has perhaps become a deep-seated part of our culture. ‘YUVENTAS” marks the apogee of puissance , prowess , adulation , vivacity , cohesiveness of the students for themselves and the institution. Alka: Basking in the limelight of this new found freedom here come the torchbearers of an ideology which defines the hour---- The word Yuventus represents the Greek God… Y- young, U-ujjawal, V-vivacious, A-abhay….. (pause) YUVA & we thank each everyone for planting the seeds of knowledge. National University of Study and Research in Law has been crafted with a vision to revolutionize the legal education so that we, the lawyers of tomorrow are fully geared to face emerging challenges. Aiiyye hum swagat kare apne unn atithiganno ka, jo is suhaani sham ko apne jivan ke smarniya palo me sammilit karne ke liye, hamare beech upasthit hue hain .We are honoured to have such revered dignitaries before us. Alka: As the beautiful notes of music blend with the surroundings and create a mesmerizing effect, it makes the august gathering spellbound… with us we have today… (name)… orchestra. hope We also welcome all the students, faculties and non teaching staffs and look-forward to the successful happening of this event and to idolize the great bonding that we have fostered. 2) LIGHTNING OF THE LAMPS Ashish:- All auspicious endeavours commence with the lightening of diyas as it epitomises knowledge. ab samay ho chala h deep prajavalan ki prachin parampara ko pura kar, karyakram ko gati dene ka. Alka :- are ….yahaaa diye jalane ki kya avashyakta hai?…….yaha na to Andhera hai aur na aaj diwali? Ashish:- that was quite expected…ALKA…, kyunki diye ka ghee hamari vaasana ko pradarshit karta hai, evam uski baati hamare ahem ko. Atah yahan deep prajawalan kar hum apne vikaro ka tarpan karte hai.… Alka: isiliye toh kehte hain…. Tamso ma jyotir-gamaya…. to aaiyye hum hath jodkar moonmoon aur deboshree ke sath prakash ki is dhara me rum jaye. SONG: jyoti kalash chalke-moonmoon and deboshree (Note: Deep prajjvalan will be done simultaneously) Now we request Mrs. Shweta Moon and Shweta Mohan to assist the dignitaries to light the diyas and grace the occasion. 3) PATRIOTIC SONGS ASHISH: tumne vajra prahar kiya tha paradheenta ki chhati par, Dekho aanch na aane paaye jan jan ki sopi thati par, Samar shesh hai, sajag desh hai Sachmuch yudh viram na samjo Vijay mili vishram na samjho Balveer Singh Rang ki likhi ye panktiya aajhadi ko jan jan ki sopi dharohar batate hue, hame iski raksha me sajag rahne ki oar ishara karti hai. ALKA: yes, surely ASHISH…… let’s turn back the pages of history aur smaran karte hain unn veer krantikariyon ko jinhone iss Desh ki akhandta ke liye apne prano ka balidaan diya, Ashish: through the medium of this song we wish to imbibe the same energy and zeal into all of us.. ASHISH and ALKA: To Chaliye sunte hai “bharat humko jaan se pyaara hai” followed by “Vande Mataram” By Chandrabhushan, Deboshree, Anjani, Moonmoon, manisha, ayush. 4) DANCE PERFORMANCE BY MATISA MAJUMDAR Ashish: Vidhi vishwavidyalaya adhyan ke kshetra me to alokik pratibhayo ka nirman karta hi hai varan yaha ke chhatra kala ke kshetra me bhi kuch kam nahi. This song showcases Rhythimic beats, breathlessness which smacks off excitement and entrenched love for someone. Alka: Now is the time to mesmerize ourselves with a Bharatnatyam dance by matisa majumdar on the breathless song by shanker mahadevan. Indeed was a splendid performanmce. 5) GAZAL BY DEVYANI SHARMA: Mausam aayenge, jaayenge. Speaker 1- Hey (Ashish).. kya tumhein nahin lagta ki hum kuch bhool rhe hain? ALKA- kyun?! Mujhe nahin lagta! Tum hi batao.. Speaker 1- we saw breathtaking song.. implausible music but how could an evening be complete without a gazal?? Speaker 2- obviously! Toh aaiye hum is mehfil ko sajate hai is adbhut gazal se which would be performed by devyani Sharma. This gazal symbolizes the Immortality of Romance. It signifies that Romanticism traverses through all the seasons of summer, winter and Monsoon and points out the the deep love among two people which remains eternal and flourishes with the passage of time. 6) MIME BY RANESH( Taaliyon Ki GARGARAHAT ke Sath Swaagat kijie) Ashish: Detestation is quite often seen on our faces whenever we come across an habitual drunkard , but hardly do we empathise with him/her. This mime depicts a drunkard’s relation with the society and his family and the performer is our everlively Ranesh Rai Anand. 7) 5)SONG ALBELA SAJAN BY DEBASHREE Alka: It is quite often quoted that “Love” completely metamorphoses one’s life. Ensues with love myriad types of feelings. prem ek vishvaas h, bhavnao ka bandhan h, rishto ka aadhar h aur ye aisa saagar h, jise hum shabdo me nahi samet sakte, lekin prem ki anubhuti aur bhi madhur ho jati h, jab sangeet ki sargam man ke taar chedti hai. Both: Aaiyye Hum Sabhi Debashree ke is geet se Prem Ras ka anand uthayen.

Lets flow with the energy of Bhangra--- PUNJAB DI SHAAN JO BOLE SO NIHAAL---- SAT SRI AKAAL (aloud) 2) SKIT ON BHOLARAM KA JEEV Ashish 1- The ambience looks jazzed up….what an electrifying performance!!! Alka 2- (casually) chalo ab ek vyangyatmak katha par aadharit hasya natak dekhte hai. Speaker 1- kya!? Ye kya keh rhi ho ?! Ek vyangyatmak magar hasya natak!?? Speaker 2- haan!! Kyun nahin! Jaise dawaayein hoti hain upar se meethi aur andar se kadwi, magar ye dawayein hi to hai jo humein rogmukt bhi karti hain! Speaker 1- haan, sahi keh rhe ho tum magar yahan rog kya hai? Speaker 2- rog hai BHRASHTACHAAR, aur har koi, sarkari babu se lekar bade adhikario tak, ek vyapari se lekar ek udyogpati tak, janta se lekar neta tak sabhi iske rogi hain! ALKA: Issi Vishay par aadharit “Harishankar parsai” ka likha natak “Bhola Ram ka Jeev” ka manchan karne aa rahe hai…….. 3) COUPLE DANCE Ashish: The fault dear is not in our stars, but in ourselves that we are underlings. On a positive note we hope it makes a difference in our daily life. A mere thought of love brings a smile on our face. “love is but the discovery in others and the delight in the recognition” Nari nar ki aadhi shakti maani jaati hi, nari ke bina nar adhura hota h. yugal nratya usi prem ras ko darshata hai. Bhagvaan Krishna ke raaslila yugal nratya ki to chata hi alokik hai. Yugal nratya ki ek aur manoram chavi ko manch par charitarth karne ke liye hum bulana chahenge. The coming performance depicts the brewing of the new found love and the promises and the journey ahead…. 4) END Its nature’s predetermined law that everything has an end(…?). Same applies to this rejuvenating evening. So, its time when the curtains shall finally fall down for YUVENTAS-12 bringing an end to the fun and entertainment we experienced here. But we promise to come back next year with more energy, more vibrance , more action and enthusiasm…..coz we re nt just…... ADIOS!! 5) THANKSGIVING TO speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch heaven. A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue, but the parent of all other virtue.
