On Thursday 02/15/18 at 1915 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic located at 133 10th ST SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Yvette Smith, stated her son, Dejuan Roberts, and her brother, James Johnson, were arguing and one of them had a bat. Dispatch advised there was prior history with Dejuan at the residence and he was diagnosed with
Schizophrenia.

I arrived and other Officers were speaking with James and Yvette separately. I heard James stated the residence belonged to his mother, Jacquelyn Waller, and he was arguing with Yvette and Dejuan because they were not supposed to be in her house. James added there is an order between Dejuan and Jacquelyn prohibiting Dejuan from being at the residence. James admitted to grabbing a …show more content…
Officer M. R. McNabb asked James if he was willing to provide a statement, and he said did not want to provide one and did not want to be a
"snitch".

Yvette said the residence her mother Jacquelyn's, but she lets her and Dejuan stay there. Yvette said James came to the residence and threatened Dejuan with a bat. When asked how he threatened Dejuan she just said he grabbed a bat, and then she would ramble on about completely different unrelated topics. Yvette said nothing physical happened, and nobody was assaulted. Yvette declined to provide a statement.

Both Yvette and James said Dejuan left, but did not know where or which direction he went.

I checked Dejuan through WACIC/NCIC/DOL and he returned with an King County
District Court DV No-Contact Order #7Z1283638, in which Dejuan was the respondent and Jacquelyn was the protected person. The order showed served
