Business Case
CBDI has three major systems (CITIGL, CIS, MMS, etc) and a number of minor ones (HRIS, etc) all of which requires revisions and data patches due to system limitations, deficiencies and other requests. Maintaining three ITSD personnel (1 supervisor and 2 systems analysts/programmers) would only be able to react to current requests setting aside minor systems. Moreover, taking into consideration the following: 1. time to familiarize themselves to the organizations business and processes 2. they were newly hired 3. Insufficient turn-over due to lack of system documentation – delivery time would be affected.

Proposal
To hire one more systems analyst/programmer to handle requests for minor systems. He/she will also assist the 3 systems analysts/programmers in the revisions of the three major systems.
