In my opinion, I do agree that child behavior has worsened and is worse than it was 10 years ago. Western society approved the ‘raise a child – not a temper, voice or hand’ policy. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, schools were stopped from using corporal punishment. Not long after laws became strict on parental rights, newer laws were passed that outlawed hitting and spanking.
