January 22, 2016 woke up at 9:00am checked my Facebook and snapchat on my phone for about fifteen minutes before I got up from bed. At 3:00pm watched TV for about an hour and on my phone too checking my Facebook and email for twenty minutes. At 6:30pm I was on my laptop doing homework for about two hours and I was also on my phone for about twenty minutes playing a game.
