    Reflecting on Alzheimer’s disease As I read the book Still Alice, I was surprised by how the main character portrays real life disease. The book vividly highlights the different stages of the disease and the behaviors - forgetfulness, confusion and so on, associated with memory loss that are exhibited by persons with Alzheimer’s disease.
