    Three Day Diet Analysis SCI/241 Currently my food habits are not consistent. Since I begin work at 6:00am Monday thru Friday I do not always get to eat a healthy breakfast. My breakfast will usually be a banana or some sort of breakfast snack. I do however try to make a large breakfast on the weekends for my family. On the weekends I will usually make some sort of fried potato, eggs or pancakes. During the week for lunch I try to keep away from fast food but that is not always the case.
