Pay closely attention to grammar and spelling errors. Proofread your writing by checking capitalization, punctuation, and spelling. Make sure your sentences are not too long or to short. Do not write in all caps. When you write in caps it makes it seems like you are screaming at the audience. Also avoid using slang
