THE LAW AND TREATY Declaration of Independence The Declaration of Independence was drawn up by people that agree in their feeling of oppression both in taxation, in government representation and in religious freedom.
Purpose of Declaration of Independence was to explain to foreign nation why the colonies had chosen to separate themselves from Great Britain. The Revolutionary War had already begun, and several major battles had already taken place. The Declaration of Independence came first to express a unified desire to be self­governed and right the wrongs Americans were forced to bear. It was the ‘’starter’’ of freedom. The connection between the Declaration of well the popular sovereignty is that the people come together to created a fair government and sustained by the consent of its people, and the people elected a representatives (Rule by People), who are the source of all political power. The Declaration of Independence is a document that ‘’these united colonies are and right to be free and independent states. the both support democracy and the big picture was to rule by ‘’the people’’. One quotes from the declaration of independence “We hold these truths to be self­evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
The connection between the Declaration of Independence and the second principle, social contract is that social contract is a model, originating during the age of Enlightenment that typically addresses the questions of the origin of society and the legitimacy of the authority of the state over the individual. ‘’That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends (natural right), the right of the people to alter or to abolish it,and institute new government.
The connection of the Declaration of Independence and third principle, natural and individual rights the Declaration give right of man come from God and were natural and inalienable for that reason all other right are subject to suppression. The purpose of government is to secure and to protect the natural right of the people. however the people must obey the laws, there is a contract between the government and the people. so if there is some injustices the government being unfair and persecutes it’s people with ‘’along train of abuses’’. The people have the right to resist that government by altering it or abolishing it and creating a new political system.
The Declaration of Independence upholds the political principles of americans value because everyone have individually rights and their freedom it works well for families and as a citizen right of the United State of American. But there s a few problems so of kinda like everything nothing is perfect right so continues working on it and it will Declaration of

Independence made it clear when the women had no rights to vote or anything else. But as time move a little further we now base many of our law on the all people are equal the
