For me, the best advantage about being a Resident Assistant at APSU would be being able to live so close to campus and become familiar with the what APSU has to offer. This will benefit me as an RA because I will be familiar with the layout of campus and different events. As well as be able to assist any new or previous residents in punctual manner if they need help.

Some adjustments I would make if I was chosen to be an Resident Assistant would be how complaints from residents are addressed and how efficiently they are dealt with.
