The word “agenda” has a very negative connotation in the context of this question. The banker was a citizen who was clearly following the case that Marvi Rivera was working on. He was also clearly infuriated with the outcome of the case. The man was a banker. He did not go to law school and had no real grasp on the way that these cases unfold. As a normal citizen with no law education, he did not understand why the people involved with mortgage fraud got away with what he described as a “slap on the wrist”.
