Reflection #2 After arriving to Central High School, I was welcomed by many staff members who helped make Ain Dah Yung Center’s annual “Cherish the Children” PowWow successful. I was brought to my assigned area, which was the concession stand. As a volunteer, I was expected to help with serving attendees and performers with a range of cultural food and drinks. Although I was located in this area, I would be moving around in two different locations, the concession booth and also the kitchen. Certain food items that were ordered, we would have to relay that message to the staff in the kitchen as they were in charge of preparing food. Through this experience, there were many things that I learned. Despite learning about some times of food during
