Mark Jommel V. Mago BSIT 1B English Time to change
This is a story of man who falls in love to a girl who made him change his life.
His name is Kram; he is a t.d.h guy or a tall, dark and handsome guy. Although he got the looks and the charm. The girl she loves the most whose name is Kitty doesn’t like him.
They are at the same section in high school years. Kram is arrogant, selfish and a bully sometimes. He likes when someone is being bullied, he likes when someone gets hurt, and he is an attention seeker. In his childhood days Kram didn’t get the attention that he needed in his parents and maybe that’s the reason why he became a tyrant person.
But when she met Kitty, his heart suddenly stop for a moment, it feels his heart is was full of love that day. Is this love at first sight he said? But how can a guy like him felt that emotion he wonders. He just got attracted by her and Kram wants to get closer to her.
So one day Kram introduce himself to Kitty in a charming way, but she just ignores him. That’s the first time that a girls ignored Kram and worst they are in front of their classmates. Kram feels being challenged that day. He barely said to himself “ha. I like that attitude it seems that she is interesting and hard to get.”
After that Kram never stop to catch the attention of Kitty. He always sits close to her and sometimes he sit next to her so that he can talk and try to know Kitty more. As days goes by Kitty started to talk to Kram and she said “You know Kram if you just change your attitude
Mark Jommel V. Mago BSIT 1B English
I think we can be friends.” and Kram suddenly realize that Kitty was right, maybe I should change my attitude so that no one will be disgust by me.
Kram started to change his traits and attitude, he stops bullying his weak classmates, he became more responsible for what he does, and he matures in a good way. He studies hard so that Kitty can see that he is changing. Kram notice that it’s not too late for him to change and for Kitty she feels happy for what is happening to Kram.
One day Kram asked Kitty if she could be his girlfriend, Kram is very serious the way he spoke the words, he said that because of Kitty he changed into a better person. Kram is very thankful that she met Kitty and now he wants to prove how much he loves her. Kitty was shocked that day and left speechless.
She also loves Kram, she thinks that Kram is a totally changed person now compared to the Kram she met before, that is arrogant, selfish and a bully person. Then Kitty hugged him and said yes I will. The two was so very happy and Kram carries Kitty and turns her around. Now Kram and Kitty were still together and their relationship is still as sweet as the first day that Kitty said yes to Kram.
It is a proof that love can change a person to a better one; it can make the person the happiest person in the world while he/she is at his/her side. It is the feeling one could never live without.

In respect to this many large multiplex cinema exhibitors have arguably adapted it, although in various corporate firms as mergers, joint ventures and acquisition affect the industry. Whereas, Independent cinemas are seen increasingly to secure prints and access their functional market. Arguably, before the WAVES/ SHIPRA merger, WAVES cinema could be classified as being ‘stuck in the middle’ M. Although at the time of writing the new agreement between PVR and DLF the two multiplex giants were not to be known until their full trading has occurred among them. Personal Watercraft, Aka Jet Skis

...Case Memorandum #1- Personal Watercraft, aka Jet Skis What non-market strategy should a company such as Bombardier adopt? How should it be integrated with its market strategy? The non-market environment of jet ski manufacturers is shaped by the safety concerns that result from difficulties controlling these fast marine vehicles under exceptional circumstances, as well the environmental concerns resulting from high potential water pollution and air emissions from its engines. Since the non-market issues listed above are fairly young and have yet to reach the legislative stage, the non-market strategy of a company such as Bombardier should be focused around establishing conditions that affect further development of the issue. By allowing the company to shape the evolution of the issue, rather than react to it, it would be possible to minimize any further potential impact. Such non-market strategy should include a multipronged approach aimed at leveling the industry playing field by establishing clear rules and legislation, as well as efforts to position the company as a leader on technologies that neutralize, or at least minimize, the concerns listed above. The latter component could be used to integrate the non-market and market strategies, opening opportunities for the company to benefit commercially from its non-market positioning. The specific components of such strategy are identified below: 1. Propose industry wide push for legislation outlawing two-stroke engines...

Disney's Sterilization Aka Poison Candy

...Jonathan Sadie Homeira Foth ENGL 7 May 9th 2013 Disney’s “Sterilization” aka “Poison Candy” What would you say if Disney had something to do with you falling in love with your spouse? What about if Disney had something to do with all the relationships your have today? Most people would think this idea is absurd, yet it isn’t too far from the truth. We all grew up on Disney movies which poses the idea that these movies are a form of mass communication. The stories that where imprinted in our minds when our mind was more like sponges than an independent activist. Just like bed time stories that unleash children’s imagination before a night’s sleep will these same stories unleash a preconceived notion of action in real life. To have a favorite Disney movie is like having a favorite experience imbedded into our subconscious to tell us things such as what is “handsome” or “pretty”. Without noticing, many standards of today are set as we watch our first movie. So the big question is if Disney’s altered perspective of life is helping us live it. The proliferation of educational data that has been created regarding these seemingly innocent cartoon films provide a unique perspective that will influence what films we choose to show to our children. Disney’s sterilization process creates negative effects on children by painting an unrealistic picture, creating dependency issues, inhibiting a good coping system, and lacking confidence in the young. Disney’s interpretation of real...

Jet skis skyrocketed in popularity during the 1990s with sales reaching $1.2 billion in 1996, accounting for 37 percent of the boats sold in the United States. The average jet ski cost $6,328 in 1996, and over a million were in operation. Frankfurt Aka Frankfurt Am Main

...Frankfurt Am Main Most, if not all of us, have all heard of Manhattan, but what about ‘Mainhattan’? Mainhattan is the nickname affectionately given to the city of Frankfurt Am Main (meaning literally, Frankfurt on the river Main), Germany. The reason Frankfurt has earned this name is because of its status as an economic and cultural hub, just like the city Manhattan. In fact, the official Frankfurt website even states that it is “the most international city in Germany”. Since Frankfurt is vital to Germany and Europe as a whole, it is no wonder that the city as a whole is so diverse, with many things to see and places to visit. Frankfurt’s economic influence on Germany is no secret. Just like Manhattan in America, Frankfurt is home to the financial systems of Germany. These include the trading system XETRA and the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Frankfurt stock exchange). The stock exchange is the largest in Germany and second largest in Europe, second only to the London Stock Exchange. In addition to stock exchanges, Frankfurt is also home to the largest banks in Germany. Banks headquartered in Frankfurt include: Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, DZ Bank, ING Diba, and many others. The presence of so many banks leads to Frankfurt sometimes being called ‘Bankhattan’. Not only does Frankfurt boast a large number of German banks, but it also is home to one of the most, if not the most, important financial system in Europe. The European Central Bank is the institution that’s purpose...

Drugs and Drug Policy-Molly Aka 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Mdma)

...Deborah Bristow Soc 318 Prof. Rinciari Drug Report/ Week 11 Molly AKA 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) Molly, Molly, Molly, I am a huge fan of all types of music and in the last couple of years I feel like I should know Molly on a personal level. Molly seems to be referenced in almost every hip hop song that you hear on the radio and I do find myself singing right along with the lyrics with references to Molly’s. I knew I had to find out what Molly actually was once I heard grade school kids referencing it and I honestly at the time could not explain what Molly was because I myself did not know. The references of Molly and drugs in general have come apart of our music culture…references to Molly can be seen a lot in hip hop with lyrics such as: “MDMA got you feeling like a champion/the city never sleep better slip you an Ambien.” Jay-Z “Empire state of mind; “Something about Mary, she gone off that Molly/Now the whole party is melted like Dali.” Kanye West “Mercy”; “Taken four door Bugatti/I’m the life of the party/let’s get these hoes on the Molly.” Rick Ross “Pop that”; “Now you know I’ on that Molly/told her I’m not trying to polly.”-French Montana “Molly”. It’s clear that the talk about Molly runs rampant through hip hop but it’s not only just there. Miley Cyrus is catching steam behind her coming back on the scene summer song “We Can’t Stop” that references using Molly while partying “So la da da di we like to party/dancing with...

...Chapter 19 Performance and breach of Sales and Lease Contracts Case 19.1 352 N.Y.S.2d 784 76 Misc.2d 1080 MAPLE FARMS INC., Plaintiff, v. CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF the CITY OF ELMIRA, New York, Defendant. Supreme Court, Special Term, Chemung County. Feb. 1, 1974. CHARLES B. SWARTWOOD, Justice. This is a motion for summary judgment in an action for declaratory judgment whereby the plaintiff seeks, first, a determination that the contract wherein the plaintiff agreed to supply milk to the defendant school district at an agreed price be terminated without further liability on the grounds of legal "impossibility' or "impracticality' because of the occurrence of events not contemplated by the parties which makes performance impracticable and, second, a determination that the defendant school district has authority to unilaterally relieve the plaintiff of its contract without violating Article 8, Section 1 of the New York State Constitution. We commend counsel on the quality of their briefs. The background of this dispute is that the price of raw milk at the farm site is and has been controlled for many years in this area by the United States Department of Agriculture through the New York-New Jersey Market Administrator. The president of the plaintiff milk dealer has for at least ten years bid on contracts to supply milk for the defendant school district and is thoroughly conversant with prices and costs. Though the plaintiff avers that the defendant was aware of...
