In dit marktonderzoek wordt volgend onderzoeksprobleem onderzocht, namelijk ‘Wat is de houding van consumenten ten opzichte van online food shopping waarbij er aan huis geleverd wordt?’ Dit probleem wordt onderzocht aan de hand van enkele subvragen die een oplossing moeten bieden op deze vraag.

Subvraag: Wat is het profiel van een online food shopper?
1.Is er een verschil in online foodaankopen tussen mannen en vrouwen?
Gegevens:
- Wat is uw geslacht? (label)
- Heeft u reeds ervaring met het online aankopen van boodschappen? Hiermee wordt bedoeld het aankopen van voedingswaren/ huishoudbenodigdheden/… (label)

Analyse : Kruistabel & Chi-kwadraat
We vergelijken twee groepen van respondenten (mannen en vrouwen) en bekijken of er significante verschillen zijn in ervaring met het online aankopen van boodschappen. Beide variabelen zijn nominaal. Geslacht is hierbij de onafhankelijke variabele, ervaring de afhankelijke. Hierdoor maken we gebruik van een kruistabel, aan de hand van een Chi-kwadraat test kunnen we dan uitmaken of de verschillen significant zijn.

2. Wordt er meer online voedsel gekocht door mensen die meer werken?
Gegevens:
- Hoeveel betaalde uren werkt u gemiddeld per week? (ratio)
- Heeft u reeds ervaring met het online aankopen van boodschappen. Hiermee wordt bedoeld het aankopen van voedingswaren/ huishoudbenodigdheden/… (label) Analyse : ANOVA
We bekijken het lineaire verband tussen het aantal uren die de respondent werkt (de onafhankelijke variabele) en het aankopen van online voedsel (afhankelijke variabele). Hiervoor wordt een ANOVA analyse gebruikt. We gaan het effect na van de betaalde uren die gewerkt worden op het online aankopen van boodschappen. Is er een lineair verband? En zo ja, is het positief of negatief?
