Ethos: As a college student, I would be interested in what a one-night stand or hook up would mean for the other person. As Donna Freitas asks college students at different universities how they felt about their experiences. She took a survey of 1,230 students she found that 41 percent of the students felt unsatisfied or unfulfilled, 23 percent had mixed feelings and 36 said it was "fine."
Pathos: The percentage of students that felt unsatisfied was shocking to me. Personally, I would want some type of emotional connection to someone if I was to be intimate. I understand why someone would go out on Halloween and dress provocatively, the need for attention affect us all but to give yourself to someone with no idea who they feel is out of my comfort zone.
