Abstract:
In this paper research I have discussed about the job satisfaction in connection to management attitudes towards representatives and firm size utilizing the connected boss worker survey results in USA. We initially research about the management-employee connections and the firm size utilizing most extreme probability probit estimation. Next we research about the different measures of job satisfaction is identified with the management-employee relations by means of most extreme probability requested probit gauges.
