The Army Organizational Life Cycle Model has eight phases that capture how a piece of equipment or a Soldier will experience at one time or another. The Force Management, Acquisition, Training and Distribution phases’ detailed discussion follows hereafter.
The first phase, defining Force Management is developing a combat force within resource constraints. The Force Management phase underlines all the phases. Since the Army exists today, we have to take into account the future force based on capability needs and strategic guidance. Then a resource constrained analysis takes place to develop the best way to migrate the future force from the current force (Department of the Army, 2015).
The second phase, defining Acquisition is obtaining
