Budget Sainsbury’s have a great number of products that they will sell so they will need to decide how much of each item that they spend and whether they will need more or less products going off whether the customers will buy the items.
Time Sainsbury’s will need to use their time correctly to be able to get all of the products made and on the shelves. They will also need to make sure that all of the products are on at the correct time for example, when they start to sell Christmas food, it should be sold to the customers around Christmas, not after. This means that all of the stock has to be in at the correct time.
Reliability of data/research Sainsbury’s will have reliable data of the research of other business as they will be able to base there products and prices of other business though this research, if this information is incorrect the prices may be higher and people would go to other business as they have better prices.
