This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation. On November 3, 2015, I was assigned this case for follow up. This case involves Mr. Dondre Leak a seventeen year old T.C. Williams student. Mr. Leak ran away for the summer and spent his time in Oxon Hill Maryland (15-152171). I interviewed Mr. Leak on September 10, 2015 and completed a rip assessment form at that time. Mr. Leak agreed to go to school and follow the rules of the home.
I contacted Don Earlington who reported that P.G. County Maryland failed to respond to Mr. Mc Calister was removed as Mr. Leak’s probation officer.
