Bayonne has been able to keep up its sales, but it has a lot of problems within. These problems are likely to weaken its competitive strengths and hurt them in long-run. One of the weaknesses is high reject rates of its product. As a result of its inefficient gluing operation, the end products are under or over glued. This gluing operation problem has increased their reject rates. In Oct. 2011 Quality Assurance found 6% of products to be defective. Furthermore, some of the packages were shipped with incomplete parts. Late delivery of orders is the next weakness of customers. Though the company is producing in full capacity, variability of customer orders, expediting one order over another and partial orders has caused delay in orders. Lack
