Identify the types of meeting being organised and what is its purpose?
~ The type of meeting I am organizing will be an formal meeting. The purpose is to get more students to enroll in the college.
What are the legal or ethical requirements for this meeting?
~ As we will be holding the meeting in the college, we must ask for permission from the head of the college.
~ Participants communicated through ground rules that are determined by the meeting group.
~ The participants in meetings want their decisions and meeting outcomes to be willingly accepted and acted upon. All participants respect each others.
~ Give participants enough time to think about the topic.
~ Start and finish meeting on time.
~ The meeting room should be big enough with adequate lighting, air temperature, not too much outside noise.
How would you make meeting arrangements in accordance with meeting and member requirements?
~ In this meeting I would like to discuss all topics mentioned in previous meetings and the suggestions to get more students to enroll in the college. During the meeting, I would like to hear the opinions and other suggestions of all participants.

~ Face-to-face meeting, email.
