Subject: Transmission Towers Erected on Our Lands

Attention: Mr. Dante M. Polloso Head, Visayas Project Division

Dear Gentlemen;

This has reference to your reply letter ignoring our appeal to consider toplease pay us your monthly rentals on the wider spaces used by your towers. Please study this matter further for there are other considerable reasons you have to look into: 1. We have another land you used in your project erected by NAPOCOR the above mentioned subject. This is located at the back of the Elementary School in Sitio Saluqueque, Nupuro, Sta. Margarita, Western Samar.

2. Electric service is not constant, it is always interrupted 5 times (5x) a day. I experienced this when I visited my brothers in Clabayog City in April – July 2011.

3. I was lured to sign the documents by ROW Agent, Mr. Leo Presentacion by asking me to them emmidiatly so that it wont happened just like ith that of ou land in saluquegue that it take them long time to payour claimbecause of o signature I shuold first the documents before I was told that the price is only .016/ per sq. meter. I told him that where can you find a (2)piece of land by buying for less than 5.00centavo a two(2/8hectaresthis was because during time the agent takes the opportunity of my ail condition! I think this is anotheretype of grubbing a helpless man and his
