Incident Report 2/10/15 10:26

Guilit had informed me of an incident that had happened outside of school prior to the incident we are here discussing today. Mr Yoto and a girl in my year named Chrissie were in a brief relationship months back which had ended and since then , he has been repeatedly threatened and harassed on a daily basis as a result of a break - up. Me being Guilit’s best friend, i would constantly be reassuring him that this issue will go away and to focus on whats most important at this present time which is school, our business course and completion of sixth form. He would also motivate me and do the same. On Wednesday 30th September , i was at home with my dad in the front room, trying to complete coursework set by my business teacher when i was notified by Guilt that he had been assaulted by Chrissie on his way home from sixth form. Chrissie (and several of her friends who also attended the school) hired a cab service to collect them from school after the day was done and pursed and stalked guilit as he made his way normal routine way home. After Mr. Yoto had got of the 158 bus opposite his house , the cab slowly pulled up alongside Guilit and Chrissie proceeded to lean half way out the moving vechile and throw Urine (whos being i don't know) which was contained in a reusable water bottle at Guilit which did make contact with him and his entire school attire. Once informed , i advised Guilit to remain calm and collective and to not act irrational which he did so and went home. On the morning of Friday 2nd October, i had walked into school and attended form punctually as usual. Once the bell had gone for first period, i made my way to my business room which was 1129. Guilit had business in the next room (1118) and was waiting outside my classroom for his teacher to come and open his room. he came up to me as i approached my classroom and said he wanted to talk to chrissie and see what to do from there. He then made his way to the physics room and me unwittingly knowing that it was joint enterprise, i followed him. The reason i followed Mr Yoto was not to spark or disrupt the learning of others in that class or to involve myself with the dispute, but was to rather diffuse the situation by trying to calm down Guilit and level with him because i knew a scene being made was not worth our positions in heathcote sixth form. Before i continue i would firstly like to apologise to who it may concern as to me following Guilit but to clarify my intentions were good. Guilit had first entered the classroom as me and emmanueal (the other boy who was present ) watched behind the office. Seeing guilit enter the classroom made me think otherwise as to let him enter alone due to the nature of the incident and by the time i had entered, they were already in mid-dispute. Trying to diffuse the sitution, i repeatedly told guilit to calm down but seeing it was of no use, i couldn't do anything at the time but to join the other students in the class and just watch on to what was unveiling in front of us.

I once again would like to extend my aplogises to the teacher of the class , the students, Mrs Coxen and my parents for what had happened , I understand that following Guilit was wrong and i should have alerted a member of staff before it had happened. I hope that you see my involvement in this sitatuion to be how it actually was. Schooling in heathcote has made me happier and more confident and has made my parents happier also and i would hope that Mrs Cozxen could look past this situation and put it in her best interests to pardon me from this incident.
