...pastries which look very delicious. And when you enter, inside the store is clean but the space is limited. You have to fall in line when choosing what to buy, then you have to fall in line again to pay for your order, it is because of the limited space. Even the tables and chairs are placed close to each other. If expanding the store is inconvenient, then maximizing the space and organizing the store should be their priority. Order-Taking In taking our orders, the crews of Goldilocks are not that accommodating. They are snob because they did not even ask us what we would like to order as an additional to our prior order. They simply input what we order then that’s it. They are very mechanical. Even the security guard, he looks so tired of what he does. Another thing is that they have a lot of counters but only one counter is open. They must manifest some hospitality as what the Filipinos are best known. They must also hire more people to satisfy or serve their customer properly and for them to always have open counters especially during peak hours. Dining Experience Because of the limited space, it makes difficult for us to sit and place all our orders on our table, not because we ordered a lot but because the table was small. But the overall dining experience was good. The service personnel are all helpful. One thing that we noticed is that when we asked for water, the customer will be the one to go to the refilling station. Maybe they should assign personnel to be responsible...

...Career Exploration Reflection Paper Monica Jimenez BCOM/275 July 15, 2015 Prof: Richard Dunn Based on what I know from my Career Exploration paper, although I was not so much interest with business, my career were must of them based on business and management offices. I has so much relative to this class because it shows you how to act in front of you co-workers and to approach different types of situation in the work setting. This course show so many stuff about communication that I did not expect could influences so much in my career and also learning to keep away some problem by not using the right word or the right posture, even by making facial expression you might offense someone and brings so many problem to the table. So I realize to keep a flow mood we have to keep some manners at home and try not be so social or silly at work to avoid some misunderstanding. However, we cannot ever be like robots, trying not to express anything, we have to keep a pleasure posture for ourselves in which we think we are not offending anyone. Being at work is just a places where we have to take in consideration everyone around and keep anything that could be annoyed for others to ourselves. Like being in a theater, we have to be quite and relax, so we do not bother anyone. My career is all based on that, must of the thing that I learned from this course I know I am going to implement at my job....

...object pane in UDT, in IDT, they have Data foundation layer (in stead of structure pane) and Business Layer (instead of Class n object pane). First of all, a project is created, then a relational or OLAP connection, then data foundation and then business layer. Then the universe is published as .unx 2. In IDT, the biggest advantage is that you have create universe based on multiple data sources. It could be different relational data sources (must be 64-bit), or different SAP BW source or them combined. 3. You can create universe based of SAP BW. The tables underneath the cube would be extracted, and would be used like any relational database. 4. They have introduced the concept of 'views' in Data Foundation Layer. If you have many tables to be used in the universe, it would be difficult to manage joins and structure. So you can create multiple windows. For ex., one view or window would be related to client and all the related tables. another window could be related to product and related tables, and another could be related to FACT and the main dimension tables. The master view would be the union of all these views. 5. In UDT, you can add a table any time and then can drag it to object pane to create objects automatically. In IDT, automatic classes and objects are created only once when you create the Business Layer for the first time. After that, if you add any table, you have to create objects based on it manually. 6. Identifying loops and creating contexts...

...with the business (profit or non-profit) being analyzed. You can derive an un-weighted gap score or a weighted gap score. Weighting depends upon how you allocate 100 points among the five SERVQUAL categories. A modified use of the questionnaire is to limit it to just the total or average Perception score. This is called SERVPERF and is used when Expectations are likely to be all the same (typically high). Weights can be applied here as well. STEPS TO OBTAIN UNWEIGHTED SERVQUAL SCORE Step 1. Select a business the service quality of which you want to assess. Using the SERVQUAL instrument, first obtain the score for each of the 22 expectation questions. Next, obtain a core for each of the perception questions. Calculate the Gap Score each of the statements (Gap Score = Perception – Expectation). Step 2. Obtain an average Gap Score for each dimension by assessing the Gap Scores for each of the statements that constitute the dimension and dividing the sum by the number of statements making up the dimension. Step 3. In TABLE 1 transfer the average dimension SERVQUAL scores (for all five dimensions) from the SERVQUAL instrument. Sum up the scores and divide it by five to obtain the unweighted measure of service quality. STEPS TO OBTAIN THE WEIGHTED SERVQUAL SCORE Step 1. In Table 2 calculate the importance weights for each of the five dimensions constituting the SERVQUAL scale. (The instructions are provided along with the table). Step 2. In Table 3 enter...

... The Pumphouse Bar & Grill came very highly recommended, and I was anxious to see what makes this pub so popular. A friend suggested the pub as a meeting place for lunch but warned it can get busy as it is in the heart of Bellevue’s business center. From the outside, the building is white and plain looking, blending into the surrounding scenery with no indication of its true character. The building is comprised of two restaurants a pub, which is located on the west side, and a Chinese restaurant located on the east side. It appears tiny in size, as does the parking area. There is beautiful green ivy intertwined on white lattice leading up to the front of the building. This ivy wall conceals a small, enclosed outside seating area for when the weather is nice. I then round the corner and a big, bright red door is waiting to welcome all who enter. The atmosphere inside is a drastic contrast to the outside. The walls vibrate with life! There is a line waiting just inside the door and the place is completely packed. There is so much chatter. One cannot detect a single conversation from another as they all blend as one massive, noisy conversation. As I entered, a polite young woman explained it would be a moment before a table is ready. The interior is huge, which is very deceiving from the exterior. Lighting is moderate yet comfortable and bright enough to read a menu and to see others easily. The back wall is comprised of the kitchen and a massive, beautiful...
