i. The full form of RDBMS is Relational Database Management System.
ii. Row wise information in table is called record.
iii. The information stored column wise in a table is called fields.

i. Information in a database is stored in a tabular format consisting of rows and columns i.e. a table organizes the data in the form of rows (records)and columns(fields).rows representing the complete information of individual items in a table are called records whereas columns representing a specific piece of information for all records are called fields.
ii. Primary key is the name of the field or fields in a database table which uniquely identify each record in a table that is the value in this field/s are different for each record. For example, GR NO field in a student table is the primary key as it identifies each student uniquely in the table.
iii. The steps are as follows
1. Click New button in the data base window to open New table dialog box and select the option table wizard or select Create table by using wizard to open Table Wizard dialog box.
2. Select Business or Personal depending upon the type of table.
3. Select the required table from sample table. The sample fields will appear.
4. To select field click >> button to select all the fields at a time or select any field and press > to select single field. click Next
5. To change the field name click Rename field. Click Next.
6. Type a name for the table and assign primary key. Click Next
7. Select Enter data directly to the table and click Finish.
