MacDonald’s corporation is one of the biggest and pretty well known fast-food companies around the world that does business in 117 countries. Although the company consider to be one of the most spreading companies in the world, still could not cover some countries such Yemen.

1.It still doesn’t have any presence in many countries like Yemen because of it’s current strategy plan which is focusing on developing it’s resent markets.
2.No firm date has been established for the opening of new markets.
3.The company has some strict instructions for those who want to represent it .

1. High integrity: the company studies carefully every applied application from those companies who wish to represent it in their countries, and make sure that they don’t have bad reputation or filed in representing other international companies. 2. Business experience and history of success in the market: the represented has to have good experience from running other business , past or present occupations. 3. significant capital: the person who seeks to get Macdonald’s franchise must have a significant capital. this information can be clarified through certain statements :
