SUMMARY,CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter presents the summary of the study, researcher's conclusions and recommendations.
Summary
After careful analysis of data, the researchers obtained the information about Tour Guiding in Cavite: Prospects and Challenges. Upon examining the profile of the participants, the researchers found out that majority of the respondents were 20-29 years old since the percentage of them is 57.14. It implies that 20-29 years old were the most active age group who conduct Tour guiding services in Cavite . They were at the highest rank because they're knowledge and skills are still fresh from their training and their physical attributes can give more strength for them to do the job. On the other hand, ages below 19 and between 40-49 got a percentage of 2.86 and ranked as the lowest, showing that they were the less active age group in conducting tour guiding services. They were at the least because those below 19 years of age are mostly need to exert effort in conducting a training to have an experience first while those 40-49 years of age, even though they had a lot of experience and still have an excellent communication skills, some of them need to take a break and find other work that is not too hassle for them.
The data also revealed that there are more female tour guides in Cavite than male. out of 70 questionnaires, 45 of the surveyed individuals answered that they were Female. It represents that females were more interested in engaging in tour guiding services than men.
In terms of Civil Status, the percentage of Single is 51.43 which is in the highest rank. Since Tour guiding is a challenging job, it requires Singles because they have enough time to focus in their job and there’?s no worries like those in Married who have many priorities and concerns making them at the lowest ranked with a percentage of 48.57.
With regards to the educational attainment, percentage of 47.14 goes to Undergraduate making it in the highest rank. Even though they are not able to finished their studies, they can undergo trainings and somehow they got the skills and knowledge. However, High School Diploma got the lowest rank with the percentage of 17.14. They were the least because their knowledge is not that enough and they need to enhance first their skills in order for them to be a Tour guides.
In terms of types of Tour guides, Free Lancer got the highest rank with a percentage of 65.71%. There is many Free lancer because they have opportunity to work with different companies but doing the same job. Unlike being a Staff Guide which is in the lowest rank with a percentage of 34.29, they were affiliated by a certain company or agency. Because of this, they have a limited opportunity or they’?re just doing what their company has to offer to them. Staff Guide monthly income ranges between 11,000-15,000 with a percentage of 58.33 while Free Lance monthly income ranges between 8,000-12,000 with a percentage of 54.35. With regards of the income of Free Lancer and Staff Guide, its still the Staff Guide that has higher income than Free lance. It is because Staff Guide has fixed salary while Free lance income depends on how many times they can get an opportunity to do their job.
Moreover, the distribution of certificate of training is all Local making it ranked the highest because all participants or surveyed individual were trained here in the Philippines.

Recommendations
After a thorough analysis of the findings and discussions, the researchers recommend the following:
Even though there is a positive result, researchers still recommend to the Department of Tourism (DOT) to established different institutions that offers programs in order to improve the quality of tour guiding services in Cavite.
In terms of Accreditation, DOT must sets a standard that can be obtained by aspiring tour guide in an easy but effective way.
Moreover, researchers wants to recommend to the local government of Cavite to construct training centers that will allow people to undergo training programs. Those training programs should benefit especially the Cavitenos for them to encourage to promote their own province.
Lastly, The researchers suggest to the Department of Tourism in Cavite to implement different campaign on how to generate large number of tour guides to sustain tour guiding services in the province. The owners and managers of different attractions here in Cavite can help in this campaign by improving the attractions that they owned.
Furthermore, the researchers recommend to the future researchers to conduct future study on how to minimize the challenges of tour guiding in Cavite and improve its prospects. Through this, they can truly understand tour guides and the concepts of tour guiding.
The findings of the study can be used as guide for developing and to be more productive for the students, encouraging them to continue further research about the importance of tour guiding.

Conclusion
This part of the study aimed to provide conclusions about the study concerning the prospects and challenges of tour guiding in Cavite. Specifically, the researchers must have an accurate and clear answers pertaining to the statement of the problem.
In terms of age of the respondents, majority of them are twenty to twenty nine (20-29) years old since they are fresh graduates and capable of doing their job well with no hassle. In terms of gender, majority of them are female, it is because females had strong motivations to travel in different places and getting a tour guiding course than males. In terms of civil status, there is a greater number of single status than married status ,it is because they have enough time to focus to their job as a tour guide.
In conclusion, the the researchers found out that the prospects of tour guiding in terms of career has the mean of 4.13 and interpreted as agree. It implies that there’?s a future growth in tour guiding services in Cavite.In terms of financial stability,the survey got a mean of 4.12 and interpreted as agree. It shows that being a tour guide can benefit and support their necessities.
On the other hand, the challenges of tour guides in terms of educational attainment the study had the mean of 2.72 which represents uncertainty to the respondents.They were undecided because even if they are not a degree holder as long as they have the needed skills and abilities required for tour guiding services,they can become a tour guide.In terms of accreditation the mean is 3.78 which interpreted as agree.Respondent agreed that being an accredited tour guide is an opportunity to excel in tour guiding services. In terms of skills and abilities the survey got a percentage of 4.43 which means strongly agree. The participants show their strong agreement that skills and abilities is required in tour guiding in order for them to provide an excellent service to tourists.
Therefore the overall mean of prospects is 4.13 and interpreted as agree. Responses shows that tour guides can have a stable career and secured financial status if they are engaged in tour guiding services. However, the over all mean is 3.64 which is interpreted as agree. It Indicates that tour guides are facing conflicts in regards to their educational attainment,accreditation and in skills and abilities. i
