Good evening Jalen!!

After reading your post, I was enlightened by the way you feel that being having a Compromising style of conflict as sign of weakness or somewhat of a copout. Although, the ultimate goal is to have each party to arrive at a win- win in any given situation, in some cases Compromising is a necessary call of action. I use to always use the Compromising as a way to manage conflict, as well. A tool that helped me evolve my conflict style was a book by Stephen Covey called “ 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. Covey approaches it in 3 stages, How to Manage yourself them How to lead others, and lastly unleashing the potential through teaching you his 7 habits. It is amazing read or listen and would recommend it to better
