Abstract The dating scene is not easy these days, especially for dedicate singles putting in 60-plus hours at the office every week. But if you've had your eye on the gorgeous guy or girl in the next cubicle, consider that the consequences of intra-office dating can far outweigh the convenience of a consensual workplace relationship. Consensual relationships agreements are widely in the workplace in American organizations. These agreements entail and outline the dos and don’ts of co-existing with fellow colleagues while maintaining a romantic relationship with them. The public display of affection, favoritism, and lack of productivity are all addressed and managed within these documents. Some organizations argue that these documents should not be used, while others believe they should be enforced
In this paper, I will discuss the argument for the use of consensual relationship agreements, create a counter argument against the use of CRAs, discuss the ethical principles involved in the principles involved in the use of CRAs and create one (1) other option besides CRAs that would address workplace romances. Abstract

As a pioneering thinker, he has transformed many entrenched industry practices by turning the traditional business model on its end. A unique approach to business is his hallmark and he is a person that is not afraid to challenge convention and encourages creativity. Lack of success in a venture is not a deterrent, rather a motivator as this produces opportunity. His personality and style of management combine to form a very formidable opponent in each business venture explored within his company, Virgin Group.

Background
Sir Richard Branson learned, from an early age, not to let adversity stand in the way of accomplishing a goal. As a pioneering thinker, he has transformed many entrenched industry practices by turning the traditional business model on its end. A unique approach to business is his hallmark and he is a person that is not afraid to challenge convention and encourages creativity. Lack of success in a venture is not a deterrent, rather a motivator as this produces opportunity. His personality and style of management combine to form a very formidable opponent in each business venture explored within his company, Virgin Group.

As with any business, a leader must balance various roles to implement an effective workplace while still focusing on the one primary vision of that organization. As a leader, one must convey that knowledge, information and instructions that are needed to ensure the effectiveness of the organization whether it is now or in the future.
“Leadership is the process of developing ideas and a vision, living by values that support those ideas and that vision, influencing others to embrace them in their own behaviors, and making hand decisions about human and other resources” (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011, pg. 290).
According to all the information I have read on Sir Richard Branson, it is believed that he mostly represents the transformational leadership model style. According to our textbook, “a transformational leader involves anticipating future trends, inspiring followers to understand and embrace a new vision of possibilities, developing others to be leaders or better leaders, and building the organization or group into a community of challenged and rewarded learners” (Hellriegel & Slocum, 2011, pg. 329). Transformational leaders are known to be visionary, inspiring, daring 1. • 1. Recommend a different leadership style (or combination of styles) that would make Branson an even more effective leader. 2. Determine how Branson would develop and lead a global team working on a major project (e.g., space tourism). 3. As a civilian, I work in a joint military environment, such as Air Force, Army, Marines and Navy. As adults, we realize there is always a possibility of being attract to a co-worker. As adults, we realize romantic relationships happen often in the workplace; employers have a right to be fearful. In our text book, consensual relationship agreements addresses: that the relationship is voluntary and consensual, both agree to abide by the employer’s antidiscrimination, anti-harassment, and workplace conduct policies, both promise to report any perceived harassment to management, if it occurs, both agree to behave professionally and not to allow the relationship to affect their performance, both agree to avoid behavior that offends others in the workplace and agree not to engage in favoritism.(p.65) In my organization the use of Consensual Relationship Agreements would be instrumental to an effective work environment. The employer would attach a copy of our company's sexual harassment policy to the agreement to prove that the employee was aware of the sexual harassment policy and had the opportunity to report any inappropriate conduct by the other employee. If done correctly, a consensual relationship agreement will make it more difficult for one of our employees to claim that the relationship was not welcome.

man, ranging from government law and services, trade fairs and conferences, market information, new ideas and technical support, the list is endless. Also as a researcher, Internet has made life very convenient. With numerous online services I can now perform all my transactions online. I can book tickets for a movie, transfer funds, pay utility bills, taxes etc., from my computer. Some travel websites even plan an Itinerary as per my preferences and take care of airline tickets, hotel reservations etc. As someone that is “investigated”, if I use the Internet for online banking, social networking or other services, I may risk a theft to my personal information such as name, address, credit card number etc. Evil people can access this information through unsecured connections or by planting software and then use my personal details for their benefit. Needless to say, this may land me in serious trouble. Google stores enormous amounts of data to power its Web search and advertising engines, and many privacy advocates have repeatedly raised concerns over the amount of personal information Google has the ability to access.

1. Determine what measures citizens can take to protect private information or information they do not want to be disclosed.

Some measures that citizens can take to protect private information are use different passwords for every account. It is easy to use the same password for each account that you have, but it is not safe or wise. Hackers have tools specifically designed to crack into accounts. A strong password contains letters, numbers, different cases, and symbols. Another way, if you have old online accounts that are not being used, closes them. Hackers could use them to
