Justice For Joe

Abstract
A town holds a bar in that bar there are people drinking. Three customers who have a past in the area of an old relationship and a new relationship involving the same woman. The three people heave problem; this leads to quarrel things get heated and out of control. The customer crowd around to see the action.

A Small Town holds the working people who like to kick back and enjoy some adult beverages at the well-known hang out Turn-a-Round Lounge. This is a public bar as any public place there are can be great time and also drama. That are time when drama goes too far and people are harmed on this night harm turned in to a murder.
At one time, Joe had a relationship with women named Michelle their relationship ended. Michelle started a relationship with a man named Sam. Joe completed his working day and stopped in for a beer. There was a nice crowd in the bar of 20 people. Joe and Sam began to a verbal conflict; this grew to be a physical fight, and then Sam pulled his knife on Joe stabbing his chest and slit his aorta. When a fight breaks out the natural reaction to the public to gather around and see what is happening, this is the same reaction that people have to a car accident. (Park, 2010).
The after effect also followed once the fight was finished in this case Joe was no longer able to fight; everyone disappeared, besides a select few. The bartender was a Good Samaritan and applied pressure to Joe's wound and performed CPR in the effort to keep him alive until the EMT’s could take over. The Bartender felt the ethical need to attempt to continue or save Joes life (American Heart Association, 2006).
Of those who scatter from the bar 2 of the individuals were Sam and Michelle. They personally may have left the scene. However, they did leave pieces of them self in ways of traceable DNA and apparent track of their personal known they were there. Of the remind proof that Michelle and Sam had been there found was bloody footprints a total of 3 to be exact. The bar's parking lot is not paved there for it is dirt so everyone who drove left tire tracks. Meaning Sam and Michelle left their foot prints in the dirt as well as tire tracks in the dirt. The couple vanished quickly leaving their tracks simple to find compared to the remain track in the parking lot. The police are able to prove there was an investigation to take beyond the bar Sam, Joe, and Michelle were definitely at the scene and that Joe was dead to get the judge’s approval for a search warrant. The search warrant granted the entry of Michelle's residence, and Joe’s residence opened the evidence of threatening letters in Michelle’s home she claimed they were from Joe. This is additional proof, there was beyond the night at the bar problem between the two of them.
The police must file the proper documentation, including the interviewing of the bartender and the two additional people left at the Turn-a-Round Lounge. There is the information from the bartender this will be very valuable. The description of the couple how the event happened where the stabbing happened how thing began and where the disagreement moved to and how. The bartender was responsible for the building and the business and customers; the individual would be able to have all the details as part of their job is to keep order in the bar and have control of the bar and have control over the situation (Northeast Ohio Media, 2009)
The investigation team needs prepare, collect and preserve to be able to take in the evidence. This is so the evidence can be used in the court of law allowing Sam to be convicted for the crime he has committed and Michelle charged for the assisting and leading is this case. There are sections of evidence that need to be assigned. There has to be the assignment of the foot print. An officer needs to work on the attempt to have contact with the additional people who left the bar before the officials arrived.
The first order of business must be the foot print this is due to making sure it is mark and not confused with other or destroyed. The bloody foot print captured by the forensic podiatry team, they will be taking the pedal evidence. The use of a shoe print is a process that includes the size, left or right, male or female size and brand, a match of popularly in the past two to three years. The process would start with photographs at distinctive views, of the print and the basic surround area ranging in 6 to 18 inches. Taking different angles to the print is a very helpful tool. (DiMaggio, 2008) The way the team lifts an impression foot print such as in the parking lot in this case it would be for the tires. Since the foot print is in blood, unless it is in the dirt made in blood. Placing a frame mold around the shoe or tire section, apply the dust and dirt hardener to make the impression solid, next spray with the wax, finally pour in the premixed shake a cast, let it dry, and you will have a foot or tire track (Loftland, 2013). The idea of having a tire track is much like the shoe print the tire can tell the make model, size of the tire. The custom makes the way the automobile rides. The year, the speed the car left from stop to accelerate from park. At times, depending on the drive in the vehicle is a manual or automatic transmission.
An officer needs to be looking into the others who already left the bar. Asking the bartender if there any regulars who would have normally been there. If there is a way to contact them or any way to contact, then and gain additional information and possible witnesses. Those who would be willing to testify in the court of law are important to charges against Sam and Michelle. Where there any shared friends or did the bartender known Joe Sam or Michelle personally? Were any of their mutual friends in the bar at that time and had there been knowledge of a feud prior. A description of the knife from all questioned (National Institute of Justice, n.d.).
A team to tracing with fingerprinting through the areas and movement that Sam and Joe fought in. Two individual to hunt for the bottles used in the fight, documentation of the fingerprints lifted with the special lights in different angles. The team will use their specialty items of finder print lifting tapes, brush, cards, two kinds of powder, the bi-chromatic plus black. The different colors of power depend on the color of background the team is looking at the print on. There is an opposite effect the backgrounds that are light colored need the black power and surfaces dark in color need the bi-chromatic. The team uses the brush of their preference and uses extreme caution to prevent damaging the prints. (Spraggs, 2007)
There are individual sent to the homes of Sam, Michelle and Joe as the Judge has granted warrants to the search and seizer of the department. In the searching of Sam’s since he was seen to doing the stabbing his residence needs to be checked for the knife and any resemblance of additional conflict with Joe besides his relationship with Michelle. Michelle’s search also needs to be for the knife in the consideration; she is dating Sam. Joe’s residence would need to be checked with the knowledge that Michelle has of Joe’s residence due to their previous relationship. The letters from Michelle’s residence needed to be submitted to the court of law as they are not only a threat and a creation of modem. There is also a chance to have a penmanship compared to Joe's other handwriting to see if he did write the letters (Moore-Howard, Rebecca, & Jamieson, 1999).
The point of the scene will have all the physical evidence this is anything that has to do with the crime that was committed and can be held. As the evidence collected and all the information needed there will be a write off from the upper chain of command. At that point he owner of the bar will be informed that the bar is no longer a crime scene and able to be cleaned up, and the start to be reopened for business once again. However, in the time between the police arrive clearing the scene and the reopening their areas will be roped off and there will be on entry. The evidence is taken to the department and placed in the custody system before the court appearance start.
