“A disability is a condition caused by an accident, trauma, genetics, or disease, which may limit a person’s mobility, hearing, vision, speech, or mental function.” If there is a customer who is visual impaired what would you do? Well first thing is to speak to the person when you approach him or her. State clearly on whom you are; also speak in a clear and normal tone of voice. Another thing is when conversing in a group remember to identify yourself and the people to whom you are speaking. One thing you should never do is never touch or distracts a service dog without first asking the owner. Of course you should tell the person when you leave. For example when you an employee sees a person that can’t see. You should go to them and say hi can I help you with anything, I am Jaci from Target. If there say yes. “What sizes are there in shirts?” Well you will say “What are you looking for?” She says “I am looking for a pink shirt and size large.” Then you can ask them if they can have your hand to take them to the rack of the pink shirts that are size large. They say yes and you go over there. You find one that is striped and on that is just plain. You tell her what kind there are and she says “I would like the striped pink shirt. Could you take me to the dressing room so I can try it on please.” you take her to the dressing room and she says yes it fits thanks, can you now check me out please. Then you are all done and a friend of the lady takes her home.

A mature generation is patriotic, loyal, and fiscally conservative and has faith in institutions. This generation has a struggle with technology and typically need more attention than others. They were born prior to 1946. Just like my grandparents, they are not tech savvy or anything. They
