On 04/03/2018 I have probable cause to believe that Damion Davis (W/M DOB: 05/21/2003) committed the offense of FS 806.13.1b3 DAMAGE PROP-CRIM MISCH- $1000 OR MORE.
At approximately 2146 hours, I, Deputy A. Martinez Vazquez responded to 1350 Healing Place (Boystown), Seminole County, FL. In reference to a disturbance in progress. Dispatch advised that a juvenile inside of the facility was throwing furniture around the facility and causing a disturbance.
When I arrived, I observed two staff members outside of the facility and a juvenile sitting on the floor leaning against one of the building walls. I spoke with Christopher D. Bradshaw (B/M DOB: 07/10/1978), a staff member of the facility, who stated that Damion Davis caused a major disturbance inside of the facility. Christopher stated that he observed Damion walking through the building very upset. Christopher stated that Damion’s behavior began to escalate as he began ripping pictures off the wall and throwing them throughout the building. Christopher stated that Damion began to flip the tables and throwing chairs in the dining area. Cristopher stated that Damion nearly hit another staff member in the process of throwing objects in the dining room area.
