Both books provide extensive examples, so it's a good idea to consult them if you want to become even more familiar with MLA guidelines or if you have a particular reference question. ...financial stability for citizens was also a priority of the government. This is evident in Document E with social security. The intended audience of this document is anybody who has job. To respond to Townsend, Roosevelt implemented the Social Security Act which gave checks to elderly folks and gave many benefits to the common man. Although it gave many benefits to many people, it ceased to benefit domestic worksers and farmers. Despite this, it gave many Americans hope for their future. The Social Security Act also changed the role of the government by showing how the welfare of citizens was a priority of the government. These programs portray the ever expanding power of the government, and this is shown in Document C. The purpose of this doucment is to illustrate how many small changes led to an “evolution” of government’s expansion of power. The banking programs from the New Deal gave America a foundation to build off. The New Deal also wanted to offer relief to American citizens. Unemployment rates were at nearly ¼ the population in the Great Depression. Poverty was also a huge issue, as many Americans were making an annual income below the poverty line. In Document A, it shows how poor people were not being helped by the government. The point of view in this article from someone who realizes...

...The purpose of converting the SUA system to Peachtree is to see the differences between the systems and to choose the better system for the company. We can convert the SUA system to a computerized accounting system, and we strongly recommend adapting Peachtree as our accounting system. In the following pages, we show flowcharts and tables for revenue and expenditure cycles to compare both manual and Peachtree systems. Advantages: - Peachtree is an easier process compared to a manual process. Almost all professional accountants know how to use Peachtree. It is a system that takes a difficult and complex process and redesigns it into an easy process. - Less time and labor is consumed. In the purchase order, Peachtree could automatically create a Purchase Order or Sales Invoice and fill in the prices on it, whereas we’d have to manually duplicate a PO or Sales Invoice and then calculate the prices. - It is more accurate than the manual process. The Peachtree software always ensures that all the entries go to the correct general ledger or subsidiary ledger. In the cash receipt process, the SUA system requires all entries to be written, and journals to be filed. Peachtree provides an automated system that’s easier to record and follow. In the SUA system, on the other hand, it is easier to record incorrect data. - Less paper work and less chance of losing data. Peachtree helps prevent lost data. Most of the files are stored in the computer. ...
